Title: Wildlife Biologist Aide

Job Description: The Pennsylvania Game Commission is seeking two wildlife biologist aides from January through May 2010 for a white-tailed deer study. Primary duties will include collecting tissue samples for disease surveillance and reproductive data from road-killed deer. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Employees must be able to lift 100lbs. and possess a valid drivers license. Accurate record keeping and organizational skills imperative. Individuals must be willing to relocate near an assigned duty station in (1) Huntingdon, Blair, Bedford or Fulton counties and (2) Mifflin, Juniata, Snyder, Perry, Cumberland, Adams, or Franklin counties. Individuals will work largely independently from home offices or from Game Commission offices.
